Our Client is  one of the top pharmaceutical company, is looking for a  Digital Business Analyst for  long term project in Bridgewater,NJ, below is the detail requirement.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Interact with Business Partners, Digital IT project team (Project Manager, Architects, Developers, and Testers)
  • Identify the scope of new or enhanced customer-facing websites based on business need; provide effort estimates for development of detailed business requirements
  • Elicit detailed business requirements from business stakeholders, perform analysis, complete
  • Business Requirements Documentation
  • Collaborate with technical resources to provide solutions that are aligned with and support the business strategy and objectives
  • Work with business partners to develop acceptance criteria and a plan to facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure that the solution meets the business requirements
  • Answer project team questions and review test plans
  • Act as a subject matter expert in relevant areas of digital technology and trends

 
Primary job responsibilities also include the following:

  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore digital IT to define and manage project scope.
  • Manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to manage business partner expectations
  • Plan business analysis activities, providing task level effort estimates and ability to meet those estimates
  • Determine proper elicitation technique to ensure requirements are appropriately and efficiently identified and documented including existing systems documentation or procedures
  • Analyze and document business requirements for business requests using industry standard analysis techniques
  • Understand and apply corporate IT standards, designs and documentation standards in the recommended project artifacts.
  • Collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive business solutions are implemented

  • Broad knowledge and passion for digital technology, including web-based products and services, mobile devices and apps, and social media

  • Build and maintain a solid understanding of the major technology trends impacting the business
  • Follow the standards, procedures and methodologies in the SDLC development life cycle in development and/or recommendation of technical solutions
  • Understand industry best practices, standards and methodologies for digital development, including regulatory environment, and relevant best practices on the recommended solutions
  • Use active listening techniques to gain a clear understanding of business needs
  • Create solutions that are aligned with and support business strategy and objectives Teamwork
  • Manage individual workload and deliver on agreed upon milestones
  • Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team environment and foster cross-team collaborate

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum of  6+ years experience of business systems analysis environment
  • 3+ years of experience in the digital space, with experience working on customer-facing websites (Pharma sites preferred)
  • High degree of analytical intelligence, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter who demonstrates a high level of productivity
  • Must be flexible and effective at multi-tasking
  • Able to establish positive relationships with technical staff, business partners and other key stakeholders
  • Strong ability to perform analysis of complex business, workflow, and technology issues to support decision-making
  • Must possess outstanding meeting facilitation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be pro-active with issue identification and resolution
  • Must be experienced with the entire systems development life cycle; experience with Use Cases helpful
  • Extensive experience with screen mock ups, wireframes, user experience requirements and workflows
  • Knowledge of DNN platform preferred
  • Completion of IIBA CBAP or other certification program helpful 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
