Overview

Our Client is  looking for a  UX Interaction Designer for  long term project in Denver, CO, below is the detail requirement.

 

 

Responsibilities

The Interaction Designer (IxD) will work closely with clients, product managers, developers, researchers, and fellow UX designers to turn business requirements and complex design problems into intuitive product solutions. The ideal candidate can deliver well thought-out user interfaces, effectively communicate concepts and build consensus around their proposed solutions.   
You will provide your expertise throughout the design process (early stage concepts, user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, production asset delivery and documentation). You will also work closely with our researchers to ensure customer acceptance, incorporate established design standards and propose innovative solutions. 

  •  Be an advocate for the end user
  •  Take ownership of the user experience
  •  Design user-centered interfaces and interactions
  •  Conduct stakeholder interviews
  •  Translate business requirements into intuitive interface solutions
  •  Facilitate internal communications between teams and earn the trust and respect of your stakeholders  
  •  Collaborate closely with other UX designers and researchers
  •  Participate in user research
  •  Convert research findings into insights that impact design
  •  Create interaction design artifacts: personas, journeys, sitemaps, prototypes and wireframes
  •  Create documentation (ux guidelines) for pixel-perfect design implementation  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  •  Bachelors in a design-related field (for example: HCI, interaction or graphic design) or equivalent practical experience.
  •  Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a professional UX or concept designer.
  •  Experience with appropriate design tools  (Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq, Axure)  
  •  Experience working with agile methodologies
  •  Must have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design patterns
  •  Excellent written communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  •  Experience with high-volume e-commerce and desktop web and/or mobile POS a plus
  •  Self-directed individual that can identify issues and opportunities and propose appropriate solutions
  •  Strong examples of work showing UX artifacts and an attention to detail
